Day 1. (THU) Arrival

Breakfast. Arrival transfer. Welcome at the Mexico City’s “Benito Juarez” International airport; transfer to the hotel of your choice. Accommodation. Overnight.

Day 2. (FRI) Mexico City

Breakfast. We will start our city tour visiting the cultural and historic Heritage downtown district, where we will find the National Palace and its beautiful murals, painted by the great muralist Diego Rivera, the constitution square or “Zocalo”, the Main Aztec Temple and the Metropolitan Cathedral as well as some of the main avenues. Later, we will visit Chapultepec Park and one of the most important Residential areas of Mexico City, and the “Pink Zone”. Return to the hotel and rest of the day free.

Day 3. (SAT) Mexico – Tuxtla – Sumidero – San Cristobal

Breakfast. At convenient time, transfer to the airport to flight to Tuxtla Gutierrez. Assistance and transfer. Boat ride by Sumidero Canyon, with 1,000 meters (3,300 feet) in its highest point. Departure to San Cristobal de las Casas. Overnight. Issue arrival ticket to Tuxtla between 09:00 – 13:00 hrs.

Day 4. (SUN) San Cristobal – Native Indigenous Towns

Breakfast. Visit San Juan Chamula and Zinacantan, native indigenous people who preserve their traditions, language, religious beliefs and social organization. The Church, shelter and clothing are worthy of appreciation. Return to San Cristobal de las Casas, free afternoon. We suggest walking around this beautiful city and visit the typical market, Santo Domingo, the Cathedral, the  Herbarium Museum and the Jade Museum, which is a replica of the tomb of King Pakal. Overnight.

Day 5. (MON) San Cristobal – Agua Azul – Palenque

Breakfast. Continue to Agua Azul waterfalls, to admire their turquoise colored waters. If the weather is convenient we will also visit the Misol Ha waterfalls. Continue to Palenque. Dinner and Overnight.

Day 6. (TUE) Palenque – Campeche

Breakfast. Visit to the archeological site of Palenque, nestled in the jungle. One of the most important Mayan sites due to the findings in this location and also because of its beauty. Inside the inscriptions pyramid archeologists found the sarcophagus of the Pakal King, with a craved stone. The Sun temple, The Cruz Follada Temple, and the Palace. Departure towards Campeche to find a beautiful view of the Mexican Gulf. Panoramic tour around the city of Campeche. Dinner and Overnight.

Day 7. (WED) Campeche – Uxmal – Merida

Breakfast. Departure towards Uxmal. We will visit this Archeological site that has a magnificent arquitecture beauty: The Fortune Teller pyramid, the nuns square, the governor’s palace and the Ball Game. Lunch. Continue our trip to Merida, “The White City” where we will start with a Panoramic tour: The Montejo boulevard, The Patriotic monument and the main square with the Cathedral and the Government Palace. Overnight.

Day 8. (THU) Merida – Chichen Itza – Cancun

Breakfast. Departure towards Chichen Itza, the most renown Mayan city in Mexico. Archeological site where we can find how advanced were the Mayas with Astronomy studies. It has the Kukulcan Temple, the Ball game, the Skull platform, Jaguar’s Temple, the observatory, the one thousand columns plaza and the Sacred Cenote. We will also have the opportunity to swim once we arrive to the Majestic Cenote IK-IL. Lunch. Continue to Cancun or Mayan Riviera. Arrival and overnight.

Day 9. (FRI) Cancun

Breakfast. Free day to enjoy the wonderful talcum powdered turquoise beaches or take an optional touras Isla Mujeres, Xcaret, Tulum/ Xel Há or Cozumel. Overnight.

Day 10. (SAT) Departure transfer

Breakfast. At convenient time, transfer to the airport.
