Day 1. (MON) Rio de Janeiro

Arrival in Rio de Janeiro. A transfer to your accommodations is going to be organized – hotels stay and check-in.
Attending to your arrival time you have free time to relax or we offer some optional excursions. Overnight stay.

Day 2. (TUE) Rio de Janeiro

After having a breakfast, your day starts with an excursion to “Corcovado”, which you arrive after passing the “Laguna Rodrigo de Freitas”. By using a comfortable train at the basement of the mountain you move to the top of Corcovado. From there you take a panorama elevator up to the most famous emblem of Brazil and Rio de Janeiro. On the top of Corcovado is the monument of Christo enthroned, which you can see at each time from nearly every place in Rio de Janeiro. From this viewing platform you can enjoy one of the most spectacular panorama views in the world. After you have visited the Corcovado, you move on to the Sugar Loaf. From there you use the aerial passenger line to go up to the top. You have a first stop on a hill called “Morro da Urca” on which several gardens and panorama viewing platforms are located. Arrived at the second stop you enjoy a spectacular view over Rio de Janeiro, its beaches and the bay “Guanabara”. At the horizon you can see the Corcovado. You have lunch in a typical Churrascaria.

Return to the hotels and overnight stay.

Day 3. (WED) Rio de Janeiro

After having breakfast, your day starts with a city tour to visit the historic centre of Rio de Janeiro. You have a walk through the tight streets, which engraved the history of the city. You visit the highlights of tourist attractions, e.g. the abbey named “São Bento”, the beautiful church called “Igreja de Candelaria”, the “place of XV. Novembre” and the cultural centre, which is located in the refurbished bank “Banco do Brasil”. Furthermore you see the most famous street “Goncalves Dias” where a traditional bar named “Colombo” is situated. Finally the trip ends on the place “Praça Carioca” and the Rio de Janeiro’s urban cathedral. Return to the hotels, free time at the afternoon for relaxing or optional bookings.

Overnight stay

Day 4. (THU) Rio de Janeiro / Foz do Iguassu

After having breakfast in your hotel, a transfer brings you to the local airport to fly to Iguaҫù. At your arrival someone welcomes you. A transfer to your accommodations and the check-in is organized as well. At the afternoon you have a trip to the Brazilian countryside of the national park to visit the Iguassuwaterfalls. From this countryside you have a breathtaking point of view to gaze at the UNESCO world natural heritage.

Day 5. (FRI) Foz do Iguassu

After having breakfast, a transfer brings you to the Argentinean site of the waterfalls. Here you travel by jungle train and finally arrive at a breathtaking canyon called “Garganta del Diabolo” (Canyon of the devil). By using some hiking routes it is possible to access the lookout point “Alvar-Nunes”, the waterfalls called “Bozetti”, “San Martin” and “the two sisters”. Return to the hotels and overnight stay.

Day 6. (SAT) Iguassu / Manaus/Amazon

After having breakfast at your hotel, a transfer brings you to the airport to fly to Manaus. Someone welcomes you there and you travel to your lodge by using the transfers. At the lodge you have dinner and stay overnight.
Today you have a free day or optional you can book some not included excursions.

Days 7 & 8. (SUN & MON) Amazonas

During these two days you discover the rainforest “Amazonas” by walking. You do have to enjoy the flora and fauna there. During your excursion you travel along the channel storages, do a nightly visit of the caymans and visit a local community to get in touch with some habitants. Your trip ends at the location where the two rivers discharge into the Amazonas River.
Please note that several of the possible activities depend on weather conditions.
Your stay is full board.

Day 9. (TUE) Manaus / Salvador

After having breakfast, you travel to the airport by using the organized transfers. You take the flight to Salvador de Bahia, where someone welcomes you and from where you travel by transfers to your hotels. There you can have a not organized dinner and you stay there overnight.

Day 10.(WED) Salvador de Bahia

After having breakfast you have free time to relax.At the afternoon a city tourtrip starts to discover the history, the tradition and the development of this fascinating city. The famous urban district “Pelourinho”, with its kept colonial architecture, is part of UNESCO’s world cultural heritage. A walk though the tight streets, passing the town hall square, the church and the abbey called “São Francisco” down to the hotspot of Salvador (the place named “Largo do Pelourinho”) is an absolutely must.Finally you have dinner during excursion in a typical restaurant and the chance to enjoy the urban district with its magical atmosphere at night.
Return to the hotels and overnight stay.

Day 11. (THU) Salvador de Bahia / Out

Transfer to the airport to take the flight to your next destination.
